NEW COVID-19 IN-STORE POLICY
As we face unprecedented challenges during this outbreak we want to be as proactive as possible to ensure the health and wellness of our employees and guests. Our sanitation and hygiene procedures are based on best practices, licensure, and current CDC guidelines for preventing the spread of diseases.
WHAT WE EXPECT FROM OUR CUSTOMERS:
Customers entering our store must be wearing face-covering, except when receiving a facial.
Come alone; unless accompanying minors or you require a companion for medical safety assistance.
We may ask you to wait in your vehicle or outside the store if over the in-store occupancy.
Please arrive a few minutes early. (Refer to our late arrival and cancellation policy under “Store Policy”)
On entry, a mandatory touchless temperature check will be conducted. We will need to reschedule your appointment if you have a temperature of 100.4 degrees Fahrenheit or higher. (CDC recommendation) If you are not feeling well, we will need to reschedule your appointment for at least 14 days.
Please wash your hands for at least 20 seconds after you have entered the store. Feel free to use hand sanitizers that are provided throughout the store.
All appointments; in-store, online, or over the phone, must be made with a credit card on file.
Cash payment is still accepted and preferred choice for tips.
Please do not touch retail products and always ask for assistance.
We will be sending you a COVID-19 screening questionnaire after you have made your appointment. A printed questionnaire will need to be signed and dated before your scheduled appointment can begin. If you are unsure or unable to answer all of the questions then we will need to reschedule your appointment at least 14 days later.
** We are not accepting customers who have traveled from or to any states that are on NY Department of Health COVID-19 Travel Advisory list for at least 14 days. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who shows COVID-19 symptoms including fever, cough, loss of sense of taste or smell, and shortness of breath. **
